A Nature Lover’s Getaway – Dear Hostel
The Dear Hostel is located on the mountainside of Changbin township. Surrounded by coastal and mountain scenery, the homestay is a nature lover’s paradise. Constructed with a base of architectural concrete, the hostels’ minimalist design considerably reduces its pollution of the environment.Furthermore, more than half of its walls are covered with dense vines, exemplifying the co-harmony between man and nature at the hostel.
In order to protect the environment and reduce the production of carbon dioxide, the hostel only provides electric induction cookers and ovens, as well as other implements that do not produce smoke. In an effort to reduce waste, disposable toiletry is not provided. Guests are encouraged to bring their own eco-friendly toiletry during their stay. It has five different nature-themed rooms in the hostel, including mountain, water, sky, cloud, and moon-themed rooms. Using a color palette of earth tones and large windows that provide sunshine, each room allows the guest to thoroughly enjoy the magnificent natural scenery outside.
