Mi Taimu, also called silver needle noodle, is a Hakkanese food and made of rice. Banyan Tree Mi Taimu Restaurant is famous for its chewy Mi Taimu served with traditional Katsuobushi broth. You can also add hot sauce to the soup and sense the mixed aroma coming from the sauced pork and fish in the noodle.
