When someone mentions Duoliang, do you only think of the country’s most beautiful train station? We’re going to introduce you to a hidden gem in Duoliang today. Drive along the road above the station into Long Tribal Village. You’ll find Bulai Bulai Kitchen which offers front row seats to the most beautiful ocean view and enjoy a menu-less Paiwanese meal. The restaurant’s name Bulai means blissful days in Taiwanese. Bulai Bulai Kitchen would like to try to provide job opportunities through tribal delicacies. The owner wishes to use the kitchen to introduce his hometown to visitors, promote local ingredients, and provide job opportunities for the youth in the tribe. There are two private rooms available at the kitchen, “Taiwan Hibiscus Room” and “Otter Room” which both look out over the boundless ocean. Each area can accommodate up to 8 guests. All of the dishes are created with locally sourced ingredients. You’ll see and feel the hard work and passion that goes into the seasoning, plating, and design of each dish. Friendly reminder: please make a reservation online before coming to the restaurant. You will only be able to drive into the venue after receiving a reservation confirmation letter.
