Luye Bistro won the “restaurant with the most potential of slow food” award in the third “Table of Origin”. Hidden in the countryside, this no menu bistro sticks to the concept of “slow food”. It promotes the idea of bringing Taitung history and local food product into the cuisines, as people can feel the love of the land while enjoying the dishes. We separate our dishes into appetisers, salads, soup, entree, and desserts. The feast has enough portions and diverse taste, which we adjust some dishes based on the seasons.
