Chicken Legend is founded by David who immigrated to Taiwan from Hong Kong. He was homesick for the flavors of his home so he decided to recreate those dishes himself. The resulting dishes have won over the locals as loyal customers. The restaurant is low-key and looks like any other simple eatery, however, the authentic taste has attracted guests from all over who all agree that it is well worth the wait.

To deliver the most authentic flavors, David insists on making the dim sum from scratch and refraining from using frozen products. The shumai is stuffed to the brim. They are wrapped and steamed fresh. The texture is firm with a bite and the dumplings are filled with juicy umami. The custard buns are chewy and packed with filling. You’ll be satisfied with every bite. The bean curd roll is juicy and crispy with tons of shrimp! Besides these dim sums, the other dishes such as BBQ pork and fried egg with rice, Cantonese congee, Hong Kong Style Milk Tea, and salty lemon seven up are all highly recommended! The price tag on these dishes is also very reasonable and friendly. Chicken Legend also has a parking lot making it a convenient location to dine at.
