Crazy for Aiyu’s motto is “eat simply to create something not so simple,” and they strive to create tasty aiyu for their guests. The aiyu is home-grown. The aiyu jelly is made in-house daily by the owner and his family. This ensures that the aiyu is 100% natural with no additives, making it a healthy and light treat. The Aiyu is soft and jelly and pairs perfectly with some fresh lemon juice and pineapple honey jam. You can add syrup and lemon juice based on your preference.
