Located on the round-the-island highway near the Nanliao Harbor, the faded and old storefront is home to a large neon Brown Sugar Seaweed Smoothie sign. Many come to snap a picture with this famous sign. The smoothie is made from a brown sugar syrup base and topped with a variety of QQ chewy bits.
