The Saturday Night

Starting from a stall, The Saturday Night gradually introduced its unique taste of wild vegetables and mushroom pie into each diner’s mouth. With a crispy crust and rich stuffing, the mushrooms and wild vegetables show a refreshing taste of a natural breeze. After starting the small store, there were more creative Taiwanese dishes, including parsley dumplings and pumpkin soup. These have become part of the bucket list of diners who love local specialties. The rented space is currently located at the old sugar factory. They offer a variety of Italian pastas with six bright flavors. Combined with a bookstore, afternoon tea, and exhibition space, this spot is more lively and refined than ever!
